How are future monthly packs delivered?
We release one template pack per month. When a pack drops, it’s auto-added to your account based on your tier, and we’ll send you an email notification. Hobbyist buyers receive the next 6 packs from their purchase date; Pro buyers receive every pack going forward. You keep everything you’ve downloaded—forever.
What can I do with the files? Can I use them for multiple clients or resell them?
You can use the templates in commercial work within the terms of your license. Hobbyist is for single-client end products per item; Pro allows unlimited clients and projects. Reselling or redistributing the templates as stock or in other template libraries isn’t allowed across all tiers.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. We want you confident before buying, so we provide four free templates to test quality and workflow. If you run into a technical issue after purchase, reach out—we’ll help you get up and running. Our goal is to make sure you can use what you paid for.
Do credits expire or reset? What if I hit 0?
Credits don’t expire; they simply refill daily until you’re back at the 50-credit cap. If you ever hit 0, you’ll have 10 credits tomorrow and be back at full in about 5 days. This system keeps speeds stable for everyone and prevents abuse without subscriptions. You can always plan downloads knowing a steady refill is coming.
