I have a few different templates from this site and it’s quite obvious that this is for professional graphic designers and not for amateurs and hobbyists like me which is a great pity. My latest purchase was the banner template and I am just about ready to give up. My biggest gripe is that the instruction videos are, to say the least, extremely difficult to follow. Why not include a written pdf tutorial which would be much easier to follow? It did take me quite some time to understand and complete projects with my previous purchases but unfortunately it appears this one has me beaten.

It says Banners and Rafters template. I don’t see any sort of rafter backdrops or designs included with this. Just three different banner/flag variations. I thought I was getting multiple rafter backgrounds to use these with.
Sports Templates Response: the backdrop is included, you just need to hide the “BG” layer folder, and under it, there is an “Arena BG” folder that includes the Backdrop featured in our samples.
